Cave B Resort offers over 4,800 square feet of conference facilities, including three formal meeting rooms; the largest accommodating up to 150 guests.

The resort offers multiple outdoor venues, including the 2,250 square foot Piazza, a grassy area surrounded by a perimeter of beautiful trellises, and the Estate Room, an elegant indoor space with a sweeping window wall revealing stunning views, accommodating up to 150.

Meeting accommodations offer spectacular views of the Columbia River, high-speed Internet access, and upscale furnishings.

Cave B Resort offers full-service catering and a wide range of audiovisual equipment, ideal for corporate conferences and team building exercises.

Gorge Amphitheater

Being right next door to the Gorge Amphitheater, enjoying concerts at this heralded outdoor concert venue are a star attraction at Cave B. The Gorge, as it is commonly known, hosts performers May-October on its state-of-the art stage perched dramatically on the cliffs of the Columbia Gorge. Cave B and The Gorge share a founder, a history, and a world-class location.

A favorite with performers like Dave Matthews (who plays three Labor Day Weekend concerts at the Gorge Amphitheater each year), The Gorge is a very special concert venue with majestic, awe-inspiring views. If you’re not staying at Cave B, come for delicious meals at Tendrils, or for a wine tasting at Cave B Estate Winery’s tasting room.

The Gorge Amphitheater is owned and managed by Live Nation. They may be contacted in late spring for the summer concert lineup at The Gorge.

Cave B Resort is blessed with an environment naturally suited for wonderful amenities. We strive to provide amenities that will enhance your experience by taking advantage of the signature Cave B views, indigenous landscape and materials you won't find anywhere else.

 

One of the best ways to explore every corner of Cave B is by bike. Cave B Resort provides a limited number of comfortable bikes for guest use at the Inn's front door. Hop on a bike with your significant other at your side and enjoy an up-close look at the widely varied views and vegetation at Cave B. Please fill out a release form at the front desk, grab a helmet and explore.

Bocce Ball Court – Trail Hiking

 

Situated between the Desert Yurts and Cave B Estate Winery, the Bocce Ball Court sparks friendly competition. Bocce balls are available for guest use at the court; will you choose black or red? Play several games and see which is your lucky color!

Cliffside Swimming Pool

Our dramatic cliffside swimming pool overlooks the Columbia River Gorge vista. The pool area is designed for beauty in every direction: the dramatic gorge view, the stone terraces, waterfall, and meandering stream. Whether you enjoy the mild waters of the pool or simply come to enjoy the sun, the pool area provides a gentle, peaceful environment perfect for slowing down time, and providing a tremendous sense of peace.

These stand-alone Cliffehouses provide the ultimate getaway experience. Four two-bedroom family suites and 11 one-bedroom Cliffehouses are available.

The Desert Yurts of Cave B Resort

Comfort in the Round

The Desert Yurts of Cave B Resort are located a beautiful ten minute walk away from Cave B Inn's main lodge on the south end of the property. Adjacent to the vineyards of Cave B Estate Winery, the Desert Yurts offer a more rustic take on the classic Cave B experience.

Each Desert Yurt is environmentally-sensitive; framed in sustainable Douglas Fir. Set upon sites designed to maximize vineyard views, the Desert Yurts provide a closer-to-nature experience.

Who would enjoy our Desert Yurts? Those who enjoy camping but have always wished for that same "out there" experience without the freezing noses and toes, the hard ground, the shared restrooms, and the lack of privacy. The Desert Yurts provide a king sized bed, private in-Desert Yurt bathroom, modern sofa, table and chairs, mini-fridge, teapot, and coffee maker. Minimalist decor allows you to enjoy the beauty of the Desert Yurt architecture itself: the skydome for stargazing, the latticed walls, and the novelty of its curved shape.

Solid cement floors will greet your feet so bring slippers or warm socks. Your walls are canvas so you may hear snippets of your neighbors talking, or their laughter. (And you'll also hear more birdsong and the rustle of the vines in the wind.) Rugged shale or gravel pathways lead you to the Desert Yurts, so bring sturdy shoes.

And...you'll also experience the most authentic vineyard experience on-property, with the vines right outside your Desert Yurt door, the plentiful birds, bees, wildlife and insects abounding, the sky huge and star-filled directly above you as you gaze through your skydome from your bed.

Menu selections include local shellfish, organic meats, artisanal cheeses, and herbs, fruits and vegetables from our Chef's Garden and orchards. Specific menu items change frequently based on the season and availability of property-grown and locally-sourced ingredients.  Join us for dinner and select a Five-Course Chef’s Choice Dinner: $70 per person or $95 per person with wine pairings
